About Allocate and register unregistered sites
Reviewing requests from government entities for the allocation and registration of unregistered government properties, and reallocation of registered government properties to accommodate area needs.
Application Requirements
If the request is to register unregistered site:
- A Formal letter from Government entity with the request.
- Proposed plot design file.
- Coordinate map file.
- A copy of the Survey Certificate.
If the request is to change parcel allocation:
- A Formal letter from Government entity with the request.
- A copy of Title deed.
